Please note that an issue has been identified the generation of Turn-it-in similarity scores for assignments submitted through Quercus. If you discover any issues with Turn-it-in in your course, please let us know at fase.edtech@utoronto.ca.
BB Collaborate Issues

This Week's Faculty Question
Q: I have a student writing a deferred exam for Fall 2020 in Quercus quizzes. How can I give them access to the course now that the course is over?
A: One month after the end of term, your course will enter a read-only state and students can no longer submit assignments or post to discussions. If you require student participation in your course beyond 1 month after the end of the term (i.e., if you are accepting incomplete or deferred course work), you will need to extend the course end dates. You will also need to extend the course end dates if you need TAs to grade assignments beyond 1 month after the end of the term and/or if you need to add TAs or other course staff to the course after this time.
To extend the course end dates, you can contact us at fase.edtech@utoronto.ca for assistance or follow the instructions on our guide: How do I set non-default start and end dates on a course? For more information, see Quercus Course End-of-Term Checklist for Instructors.
