Question: I’m trying to add my TAs to my course in Quercus. In the People menu option, when I select ‘+ PEOPLE’, and add their email address (as ‘TA’) it keeps giving me an error of ‘We were unable to find matches below.’ Am I missing something? |

Answer: Users (student, staff or faculty member) can have more than one email address associated with their account. If you are using the email address that is not associated with ROSI, then Quercus cannot find their account, and thus they cannot be added.
We recommend adding users by their UTORid, since they will only have one unique ID.
