This Week's Faculty Question

Category Course Grade Data ("New Analytics")

Question: Is there a way for me to view the average course grade data within Quercus?

Answer: Yes, there is a pretty nifty feature within Quercus that allows you to view analytics of your course data. The feature is known as “New Analytics” and can be found via a link on the home page of your course. If the link is not visible to you, please see “How do I manage Course Navigation links?” to learn how to customize your available links.

After you’ve selected the “New Analytics” link, proceed to select the drop-down menu found next to the “Weekly Online Activity” header and select “Course Grade”. You will now see the relevant course grade data appear. If you’d like to change the presentation view of the data, you can do so by selecting the icon containing the three vertical dots. You can choose between “Data Table” and “Display Shapes” for your data view. You can also filter by “Assignments” and/or “Quizzes” by selecting the respective check boxes which appear above the data chart.

If you'd like to learn more about the process of utlizing "New Analytics" to view your course grade data, please see "How do I view average course grade analytics in a data table in New Analytics?".
