This Week's Faculty Question

Category Retrieving Student Email Addresses Via Quercus

Question: "I'd like to contact some of my students individually. Is there a way for me to access my students' UofT email addresses via Quercus?

Answer: Yes, there is a way for you to access student emails via Quercus. However, it's important to note that you cannot do this "out of the box" in Quercus. In order to be able to do so, you must first activate the UT Advanced Group Tool (UTAGT) within Quercus.

Once this tool is activated, you can easily export the email addresses of the students in the specified course.

For a detailed guide on the process of activating the UTATG and exporting student information, please see "How do I get student email addresses from Quercus?"
