Are you already engaged in online learning, but looking for new ideas, or strategies on overcoming challenges? This session, moderated by Allison Van Beek (Instructional Technology Specialist for Engineering), will focus on challenges, lessons learned and best practices via a panel discussion with Professor Scott Ramsay (MSE), Professor Jim Wallace (MIE) and Laurie Harrison (Director, Online Learning Strategies for the University of Toronto).
Co-sponsored by the Vice-Dean, Undergraduate Office, the Teaching Methods and Resources Committee, and the Engineering Education Program, the Teaching and Learning Workshop Series provides learning opportunities on a variety of teaching and learning topics. Sessions are designed to meet the needs of both seasoned instructors and newcomers, and offer the opportunity to discuss shared experiences and knowledge with colleagues.
