Prof. Belinda Wang approached the ETO to create a series of videos for use in ECE110 (Electrical Fundamentals). She worked with James Zhan to create a series of re-usable videos. Over the course of two months (off and on), and including some training on self-recording using a Wacom tablet, Prof. Wang produced 18 videos (with some support from the ETO for graphics and editing). The result is a re-usable video collection that can be expanded and iterated as needed. In the introduction video, Prof.

These videos were produced by the ETO as part of the promotional strategy leading up to the EdTech Workshop 2022: CTRL +Shift. We interviewed Workshop speakers about their upcoming session. The videos were produced in the ETO's studio space as well as in the offices of the speakers (we went to where they preferred).

Ron is the Chief Operating Officer at the University of Toronto.  His primary expertise is in large-scale capital redevelopment, campus operations, and sustainability.  He is a Professional Engineer with both an undergraduate and masters degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration.

Costas Catsaros is the Director of Project Development, a department - within the University Planning, Design and Construction group - that specializes in costing, scheduling and logistical analysis of capital projects.  A licensed architect, Costas spent 14 years in the private sector before joining the university.

These videos were produced by the ETO as part of the promotional strategy leading up to the EdTech Workshop 2021. We interviewed Workshop speakers about their pandemic teaching, asking the same three questions: what will you be presenting at the 2021 workshop, what is one example of a new approach you tried in your virtual classroom, and what was a pandemic hobby that you picked up.
