Crowdmark enables educators to grade paper-based assessments anywhere, anytime in a web browser. Our proprietary workflow reduces grading time by more than 50% using process optimization and machine learning. This allows educators to return student assessments faster and with richer feedback. Our mission is to enrich the learning and teaching experience for students and educators by transforming assessment into a dialogue for improvement.

With Crowdmark, educators can:
  • Grade paper based exams and digital homework assignments
  • Provide rich feedback to students by leveraging LaTeX, Markdown, re-useable comments, links to videos and other educational resources
  • Easily evaluate student requests for re-grading without concerns over possible cheating
  • Evaluate and coach graders to improve grading quality
  • Review grading analytics including grading and student performance metrics
  • Grade anonymously thus removing bias from the grading team.
