TechKnowFile 2026 conference

Presented by Information Technology Services, the TechKnowFile conference is a forum for people to share ideas, learn about IT innovations and make lasting connections with colleagues from across the tri-campus community.

The conference is an in-person event, hosted on St. George campus, open to faculty and staff across U of T, including IT leaders, technical specialists, decision-makers, communications professionals and administrators.

Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided on both days of the conference. Please use the registration form to declare any dietary restrictions.

Session Selection

As part of the registration process, you will be able to select your preferred session for each time slot. Note that this does not secure your spot in the session but rather helps the planning team organize room assignments based on capacity.To review session descriptions, scroll down to the “Timetable” below. To add these sessions to your personal agenda, please click the blue “Register” button and follow the process.

Once you’ve successfully registered, you can review your selected sessions by clicking the “My sessions” tab in the timetable.

Please select the “Save as” or “Print” option to download your personalized schedule.

Early Bird Deadline

Register by Friday, April 17 for a chance to be entered into our early bird draw! The randomly selected winner will have an opportunity to have coffee with Marden Paul and other ITS leaders!

Additional Information

We have a limited space of 800 spots, so please sign up early.All breakout session speakers and volunteers must register for the event.
