Build Your Teaching Philosophy: A Lego-based Workshop

June 1 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

In this workshop, participants will use Lego to build models of their teaching philosophies. Through periods of building, reflection, discussion and notetaking, participants will begin to identify and communicate their beliefs, values and practices as teachers. Participants are encouraged to come prepared to build with Lego and to engage in detailed discussion with co-participants about their built teaching philosophy models. This workshop will draw on the Lego Serious Play model which means: everyone builds and everyone discusses. We encourage participants to bring a phone or camera to capture photos of their models.
