Introduction to Project Scheduling
Module Overview
This module presents an introduction to project scheduling for learners with no background in scheduling, starting with a review of scheduling levels. Also, CPM scheduling method is presented in detail starting from the underlying principles progressing to hands-on scheduling activities.
