Yasaman Delaviz received her bachelor of applied science from University of Toronto in Materials Science and Engineering. She is currently a fifth year Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto. Her research is focused on synthesizing antimicrobial monomers and polymers for use in dental adhesive applications. Yasaman is also a sessional instructor at the OCAD University in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Sciences and School of Interdisciplinary Studies.
