We each pulled out memorable moments from the conferences (some were so "lightbulb-y" that they led to their own extended blogs, coming in June!) to share. Below, expand the accordion items to see each ETO staff member's key takeaway.
ETO member, Inga, shares her experience of presenting at her first online U of T conference. She details how she prepared (Before the Event), what she did during the presentation (During the Event), and connected with participants post-session (After the Session).
Education: Prianka is an Industrial Engineering student going into her third year, with an interest in pursuing a career related to strategy and/or project management. She also has a strong interest in Human Factors, which was partially her motivation for choosing to go into Industrial Engineering.
At the ETO, we seem to take on projects that might be a bit outside of what we "have" to do at work and a bit more on the "want" to do at work side of things. For example, Anna leads a reading club, Inga initiated MADE for UofT, and I like to publish a monthly EdTech Tip Sheet.
