UTSC: Designing Engaging Lectures and Workshops (Online)

Is it a presentation or is it a lesson? Focusing on backwards design and strategic use of active learning, participants will discuss strategies for transforming unidirectional presentations into meaningful and interactive learning experiences. We will further explore how to adapt these strategies for different audiences – be they undergraduates, our academic colleagues, or non-specialists.
