Tune into Teaching: Building and Managing Your Teaching Team

This session is intended for instructors who are responsible for hiring, coordinating, training and supporting Teaching Assistants (TAs) for U of T courses. In this session, we’ll discuss strategies for working effectively with your TAs, including training opportunities and priority areas for TAs identified by the CUPE 3902 Collective Agreement (2024-2026). We will provide tips for building community in your teaching team and creating cohesion across your course for your students’ learning. Finally, we will have plenty of time for questions from instructors throughout the session.
